JSC Nenskra Hydro, Nenskra Hydropower Plant (HPP) project company will offer paid internship to young people living in Chuberi and Nakra in Mestia municipality.
The Youth Internship and Job Training Program will start in November in the scope of Community Investment Program within the company’s social responsibility.
After the selection process, young people will be offered internship in various departments of the project company, namely social, environmental, health and safety, human resources, public relations and technical departments.
“Creating more opportunities for local people on the labor market is an important part of our company’s social responsibility. We have been working in this direction since 2017, in particular, offering English and computer courses to the residents of Chuberi and Nakra, implementing the Vocational Training Program for Heavy Machinery operators. We will offer more professional trainings in the near future. The internship program, on the one hand, will enable young people to gain experience working on an international project that will foster their career development in the future, and on the other hand, it will ensure their involvement in the company activities, which will enhance the dialogue between the Nenskra HPP project and the local community. ”- stated Irina Petriashvili, PR Officer at JSC Nenskra Hydro.
